DEPOSIT

All appointments require a $25 deposit to book. The deposit will go toward your service and is NON-REFUNDABLE and non-NON-TRANSFERABLE. The amount of your deposit will vary based on the number of services that are booked for that day.

 

Booking multiple appointments?

​

A deposit will be needed for each appointment. The remaining balance will be due at the time of your appointment. Under each description of the service, it will let you know what your remaining balance is.

CANCELATIONS​

 

You must cancel your appointment 24 HOURS prior to your appointment date and time. You can edit your appointment through the website or contact us directly. Canceling your appointment will forfeit your $25 deposit.

NO CALL/NO SHOW​

 

If you do not show up to your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service price - NO EXCEPTIONS! To rebook your service, you will have to pay 50% upfront of your next appointment price.

RESCHEDULING

 

You have 24 HOURS before your appointment to reschedule. You get ONE (1) courtesy reschedule. If you have to reschedule again after the courtesy reschedule you will forfeit your deposit and have to pay another $25 deposit.

TARDINESS

 

All nail appointments are designed to allow the appropriate time for the full enjoyment of the service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest experience possible. Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled services. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled. If you booked multiple services an un-rushed service will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled session. You will be responsible for payment of the full original service booked.

NAIL SERVICE

 

If you are unhappy with your service you must contact us directly within 24 hours of service. We will try our best to resolve your issue.

 

If your nail chips or breaks within 3 days from the date of service, we will fix the issue free of charge. You will also be required to come back to the salon within  TWO (2) days after contacting us to get your nail fixed. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you are having an issue with your nails AFTER 3 days from the date of service, there will be a Nail Fix Fee. Please be notify your nail technician if you do not like a certain color or design or generally how something looks! We are here for you and want you to LOVE your nails - please let your nail technician know in advance if the service rendered is not to your liking.

DISCLAIMER

 

While Sonder Beauty Gel Nail Polish is free of most of the toxic ingredients found in traditional nail polishes, we do not want to mislead our clients into believing that our polishes are chemical-free. The reality is that in order for the polish to stick to nails and adequately dry, it needs to have certain chemical ingredients. Until we discover a miracle product that is 100% chemical-free, we will continue to provide the cleanest, safest products possible without compromising beauty or function.
